Product Basics – Simply, an App is set up on each device.  The app then images the OS (operation system and data), so if hardware fails, we can restore your image or data.  The images created are referred to as “Bare Metal Backups” and have all the attributes of the entire piece of hardware.  Device examples include Servers, VM’s, Workstation’s, etc .  The restore can either be as complex as a full operating system image down to a single file.  We also offer monthly plans for assisted management.

On a more complex note – We offer a variety hardware options.  The capabilities of these devices are so versatile that we can set up custom devices to accomplish the task at hand.  Options available: backup images, file servers, surveillance, off-site backup and replication.

For IT Professionals – We’re happy to work with your in-house IT department.  We have monthly plans for assisted management.  We will assist you in choosing the device that best suits your business needs.  Also, we’ll take care of the implementation of the device with best practices to accomplish your tasks and managing your system.  As we move forward, we will be posting How-To videos to show you step-by-step procedures in set up and configuration.  If there is a subject you would like covered, please feel free to drop us a line!
